The Convergence Research of Guangdong Economic Growth

摘要：

This article tries to inspect convergence of Guangdong 21 cities in framework of growth theory based on data of Guangdong 1989-2006, and gets those conclusions: The disparity of economic growth in Guangdong is generally increased because of expansion of area gap. This is no β absolute convergence. But β conditional convergence still exists. The speed of convergence is very stable. Economies have the trend reaching to those own stable state. PRD and N-PRD is becoming different clubs.
