GM (1，N)Analysis of The Factors That Affect The Development Level of The Service Industry
To know the position, which the service industry takes in the whole national economy, is meaningful, whereas it is more significant to understand what factors have influence on the development of the service industry and to what extent they affect. By using GM(1,N) model in grey system, this article makes quantitative analysis of the factors that affect the development level of the service industry, and draws conclusions that: economy development level, market space configuration and endowment of the service industry contribute much more to the service industry development, while the market opening has inadequate contribution. Then the article provides some proposals on the basis.
