Study on Grey Hierarchy Evaluation of Community Health Service Organizations Performance
The improvement of community health service organizations performance relates to the continuous and sound development of community health services. As evaluation of community health service organizations performance involves making decisions on multiple principles, evaluation indicators are grey, hazy and difficult to quantify. In this paper, the performance indicating system and the grey hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model for community health service organizations are designed by use of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) and grey system theory, and besides, specific statistical methods and processes are also given through an example. Results show that, grey hierarchy evaluation is simple and feasible to ensure scientific and objective evaluation of community health service organizations performance.
