Monitoring, Evaluation & System Management on Process of Eco-Province Construction
The article analyzes the connotation, system structure, performances, functions, and main features as well of eco-province in theory, builds an evaluation indicator system composed of 25 indices which determines the evaluation standard for eco-province, and defines the related weight for each index. It suggests to process index data in dimensionless way with fuzzy membership function method, based on which an overall evaluation model for eco-province construction process is built. And it also puts forward the statistic and analytic methods with respect to comprehensive evaluation results.
