Construction of Statistical Indicator System of Enterprises Independent Innovative Capability

摘要：

This paper puts forward to the process model of enterprises independent innovation based on the chain model. Based on this, this paper constructs the statistical indicator system from decision capability of innovation, resource input capability of innovation, implementation capability of innovation, realization capability of innovation, management capability of innovation and support capability of innovation to reflect enterprises independent innovative capability.
