Cluster of Equal Size Sampling Supplemented by Stratified Sample Under Ratio Estimation
In the sampling survey,for stratified and cluster sampling with inappreciable differences, estimator precision becomes poor. The estimation of population mean is obtained using a cluster sampling method with supplementary stratified sample, that is first to make cluster sampling to equal size cluster, then make stratified samplings to the remaining cluster. These results show that the new approach is more efficient than the cluster or stratified sampling approach had it been applied individually.
