Quantitative Estimation and Increment Forecast on Surplus Labor Force from Rural of Jilin Province

摘要：

This paper estimated the quantity of Jilin provinces surplus labor force from rural and predicted the increment of it by using measuring methods such as compared labor productivity predictive method. Then the authors put forward countermeasures and suggestions to reduce the quantity of Jilin Provinces surplus labor force from rural combined specific conditions of Jilin province.
