Empirical Study on Circulation Industrial Clusters and Technological Progress Based on the Human Capital-- Evidence from Zhejiang Province

Based on Zhejiang Province, using the data of 1986-2006, time series of circulation industrial labour, physical capital and human capital convergence factor are obtained through factor analysis. And further using quantitative analysis method, the article demonstrates that there exists longterm co-integration relationship between Zhejiang Province circulation industry TFP and the three concentration factors since reform and opening up. It draws the following basic conclusions: the circulation industrial labour, physical capital and human capital convergence factor play a positive role for Zhejiang Province circulation industrial technological progress, of which the role of the human capital is the greatest, and only in the accumulation of human capital concentration level have the simple labor and physical capital significant positive impact on Zhejiang Province circulation industrial technological progress. Regarding this, the article puts forward some suggestions.
