Analytical Model and Calculation of Regional Structure Effects on Human Capital

摘要：

Human capital flows from regions with low marginal output to regions with high marginal output, which will bring on total output, will played a significant role in stimulating economic growth. This paper builds up a model of regional structure effects on human capital based on CD production function. And then, we make calculations of structure effects, using relative data of Chinese regions.
