The analysis of improving the quality of the statistic data in practice

摘要：

The quality of the statistic data is the life of all the work related to statistics, the true and consistent statistic data is the strong basic of the empirical analysis. So facing the low quality of the statistic data and the affecting factors, this paper put up a new thinking of improving the quality of the statistic data, and conclude that on the view of system, we must standardize the leadership and the investigators, and construct the law of statistics, and on the view of practice, we must verify the data with various method, make sure the consistency of all the investigated data, list some necessity process of the data, and construct the high quality of institution where the persons work is related to the statistic data. In that case, the investigated data can reflect the reality.
