Empirical study on the Relationship of CPI and Ezchange Rate at Home and Abroad

摘要：

In this study, the author analyzed the relationship of CPI and exchange rate between home and abroad by calculating the correlation coefficients, building panel data model and time series model. The result showed that nowadays the CPI and exchange rate of China are do in the substituted relation, so dose several countries abroad, but the countries abroad whose CPI and exchange rate are in substituted relation are more than those are not. In the end, corresponding recommendations are proposed.
