A Quantitative Analysis Model to Promote the Innovation Ability of University

Considering that there are many appraisal methods, comparing the scarcity of promotion method, this paper proposes a new quantitative promotion model based on distance vector from a new angle. This algorithm combines the Multi-AHP method with the theory of TOPSIS, and it provides a new method and theory to policy-makers. At last, through the partial university samples of Jiangsu, this paper completes the analysis of promotion, which proves the validity of this model.
