The Dynamics of FDI Between Jiangsu & Zhejiang

摘要：

Located in the both side of Shanghai, Jiangsu Province and Zhejiang Province are economic developed provinces and connected with each other in the areas of territory and economy. Using the VAR model, this paper examines the dynamic relation of FDI between Jiangsu Province & Zhejiang Province. The empirical result shows that the FDI growth of Jiangsu Province has benefited both itself and Zhejiang Province, however the FDI growth of Zhejiang Province has limited benefited both itself and Jiangsu Province.
