The application of Promethee method in Scientific Data Share Organizations performance assessment

摘要：

Scientific data organization has become the important part of the data share system in China, and which plays more and more important effect. So the performance assessment of Scientific Data Share Organizations (SDSOs) has become an significant mission, which not only help SDSO find the reasons of insufficient management, but also help the public supervise and inspire SDSO, thus could optimize the allocation of SDSOs resources. According to the operating characteristics of SDSO, this paper uses Promethee method to do an attempt on the establishment of an objective, reasonable and simple way to appraise the SDSOs performance by program analysis through a computed case.
