Study on the Comprehensive Evaluation on Regional Agricultural Development in China
The level of Regional agricultural development is the main index for reflecting the agricultural competition capability in China. Considering on both quality of regional resources and agricultural allocating efficiency, the issue of comprehensive evaluation on regional agricultural development attract more attentions. In the view of different dimensions of agricultural development, an index system for comprehensive evaluation is proposed in this paper. Meanwhile, a kind of multiple statistic analysis method denoted as principle component analysis (PCA) is applied as comprehensive method. By using PCA, synthetic factor score for each region in China is obtained and the agricultural development conditions and ranks are all identified. Agricultural development is the inner power for resolving “three-dimensional rural issues and constructing on new socialist countryside, so the measures and strategy are proposed by reference on the comprehensive evaluation results.
