The DEA-based Evaluation of the Performance of Regional Technology Innovation Eco-system

摘要：

The eco-system of regional technology innovation is a non-lineal, complex and open system far from the state of balance, and the performance of the ecosystem of regional technology innovation is a connotation-rich concept. Based on the discussion of the characteristics and performance of the ecosystem of regional technology innovation eco-system, with the use of the Soft System Methodology, this paper is designed to build the performance evaluation system for regional technology innovation ecosystem and makes relevant evaluations through the DEA approach.
