Question and Reform of Chinas Science & Technology Statistics
Science& technology competitiveness has become essential factor of international competitiveness, as measurement of science &technology competitiveness, Science& Technology Statistics obtains various countries attention, it provides basis for government to carry on the macroscopic decision-making and make national technology policy. at present chinas science& technology statistical work falls behind the development of science and technology obviously, It mainly displays in: The technical statistics system is not perfect, the entire social science& technology resources is not clear, the science& technology input data is not comprehensive, the science& technology output data is not systematic； The present science& technology statistical survey system is not standard, some basic concepts and standard are not unified, the investigation method does not adapt complicated situation, the quality of science& technology statistical data is not very ideal, analysis and using of science & technology statistical data is insufficient and so on.
