An Analysis of the Influence between Innovational Ability and Industrial Structure in ShanXi
Currently, most of researches have more focused on the role of science & technology innovational ability to promote the industrial structure, less on the interaction of each other. This paper uses industrial structure and innovational ability as the judging criteria, considering the interaction mechanism of each other. Based on the data of all Chinese provinces in 2006, firstly, it sets experience analysis of the relation between innovational ability and industrial structure. Secondly, through comparing and analyzing between estimated and the real score innovational ability of Shanxi and other provinces, it analyses the degree that the industrial structure matches with science & technology innovational ability in Shanxi. Thirdly, according to the experience result, it provides some policies to improve the industrial structure level by elevating science & technology innovational ability.
