Empirical Analysis of the Relations between High-tech Industries Development and Technical Efficiency in China
The article analyses the mechanism that technical efficiency can promote the development of high-tech industries. Based on Chinese datas, we use the method of gray correlation analysis to carry out empirical inspection of the relations between Chinese high-tech industries total level and all trades and technical efficiency. The caculation outcome indicates: the correlation degree amounts to 82.81% between high-tech industries development level and technical efficiency. Technical efficiency has great influence to the development of high-tech industries. The correlation and restriction level is obvious between high-tech industries and technical efficiency. As a result, it is the rational choice to improve technical efficiency for driving the development of Chinese high-tech industries.
