Systemic Study on Organizational Knowledge Transfer and Learning Capability of Crisis Management
This paper reviews the literatures of overlapping knowledge, knowledge transfer, and learning capacity, and analyzes the characteristic relationships between overlapping knowledge and knowledge transfer, and organization learning. Then the paper builds the model of these relationships, and further we demonstrate that ① when overlapping-knowledge increasing, especially when there has internal-compete-system, the quantity of the knowledge need to shift is fewer and fewer, and the efficiency of knowledge shift is also getting lower and lower, which makes more and more knowledge drain and waste; At the same time, if the new knowledge and the existing knowledge had high relationship, the organization can consolidate existing knowledge, further understand the new knowledge,and easy to absorb and digest that, therefore, the drain of the organization knowledge may be more difficulty
