The Effect Mode about Enterprises Implementing Corporate Social Responsibility From Cost-Benefit Analysis

摘要：

From the cost-benefit analysis, the implementation of CSR needs for a mature market and stakeholders support. CSR to some degree has the nature of public goods, and enterprises fall into the Prisoners Dilemma to fulfill CSR. The governments control of enterprises behavior of not fulfilling CSR, its function is greatly restricted. Through the cultivation of enterprises voluntarily fulfill CSR, and privatizing the benefits from enterprises fulfilling CSR, an effective model for enterprises to fulfill CSR is set up.
