Study on Value Chain Structure, Enterprise Resource Competence and Innovation Mode Selection
Based on the brief retrospection to the value chain theory and resource view theory, this paper points out technological innovation selection of enterprise should follow relative value structure and technical rules, and using their own resource as reference. In fact, it synthesizes the viewpoints of positioning school and resource school. This paper further establishes selection path of the innovation mode, and further deepens the theory analysis by means of example of development of DTC wind power industry.
