Study On Harmonious Development Mode Of Ecological Economy In Coal Mining Areas
Coal is the most important one-off energy source in China and its dominant status will keep at least 50 years. However, vicious circle problem of ecological economy exists widely due to illogical industry frame and extensive economy form in coal mining area. How to realize economic growth with the lowest resource & environment cost and keep harmonious ecological environment and available resource. The establishment of evolving ecological economy has become the primary goal of industrial structure upgrade. Based on the present researches and theories, such as ecological economy theory, resource economy theory, mining subsidence theory and safety engineering science, the paper ftrstly expatiates the meaning of harmonious development of ecological economy and analyzes present ecological and environmental problems. Secondly, it researches on evolvement rule and characteristic. Thirdly, it explores approaches of ecological environment integrate harnessing, industrial structure regulate and coal product chain extension. Finally, the paper builds harmonious development mode of ecological economy in coal mine area, and demonstrates typical coal mining areas in China.
