The Study on the Risk Controlling of the Highway Weight Charging Project in Shanzi Province
This paper established the dynamic early warning mechanism of the engineering project risk management in complex environment. It chooses the integrated cost/schedule approach to control project development deviation; and employs the positive driving management measures to full stimulate project contractors initiative; and balances and estimates the performance and the whole project progress by using information methods. So, in order to get a perfect balance between time and quality, the paper is mainly focused on the whole dynamic risk controlling of the highway weight charging project in Shanxi province.
