A Real-time Face Detection and Tracking

摘要：

This paper presents a simple method of face skin color detection and tracking using the technology of Skin-Color analysis to segment the human face from the complicated background and also used the technology of digital image processing to find the region of human face. Finally, a simple algorithm was used to trace the human face by an elliptical head tracker. And then, we add the mouth and two eyes to features to make system flexible and accurate in the complicated background and illumination. The image size was used in the paper is 320×240 pixel 24 bits full color image.
