A Reversible Watermarking Technique Based on Random Sequence
For many applications such as medical images or military images which requires accurate images, the images are watermarked by a robust watermarking technique in order to prove their originality and authority, but these images receivers should have strong request to recover the original images for the further uses. The watermarking technique based on random sequence is one of the well-known robust digital watermarks. In this paper, we propose a new idea to restore the original images from a watermarked image which was embedded a random sequence. According to the experiment results for gray-level images with sizes 256×256, the method we propose only needs to pay 5.61 k bytes overheads in average for restoring original images.
