STUDY OF SIMULTANEOUS deSOz AND deNOz REACTION WITH Ca(OH)2/OXIDANT SORBENT IN A FIXED BED REACTOR
IntroductionSimultaneous desulfurization and denitrification using sorbent made from calcic sorbent such as calcium hydroxide and additive was a method much more economical than current technology for deSOx and deNOx1-2. Last century, LILAC technology was developed in Japan. This kind of sorbent gained 75% desulfurization efficiency and 55% denitrification efficiency in pipe ejecting experiment when Ca/S was 2.53.But the efficiency of Nox removal was not high enough for industrial utilization. So it was very exigent to find a method to improve the denitrification efficiency. However, the elaborate mechanism of Nox removal in this kind of reaction had not been proved4. In this paper, some experiment was carried out to study the influence of additive, oxygen and the method of making sorbent on denitrification.
