摘要：

1. Preface China is the hometown of tea and the origin of tea culture with a long history, imposing a significant influence upon the development of human society. It is over 2000 years since Wang Bao of the Western Han recorded the story Purchasing Tea in Wuyang in his book A Bond of Enslavement and 1200 years since Lu Yu gave a systematical summary on the development of tea culture in his Cha Jing.
