The West Lake Longjing Tea Belongs to China, Also Belongs to The World
The spring breeze brings warmth, and the new tea emits fragrance. The West Lake in spring intoxicates people because of the tea fragrance. The nature endues Hangzhou invaluable land, and the land breeds the fragrant tea to the West Lake. Relying on advantageous natural conditions, long history of tea production and the tea culture with rich connotation accumulated in past thousands years, in 2005, 10 authoritative organizations in China honored Hangzhou with the title of Tea Capital, adding a top-famous golden signboard to the city. The West Lake Longjing Tea (Xihu Longjing Tea) ranks the first among 10 famous Chinese teas, takes the lofty position in tea circle of China, well known in the history and today, and enjoys high reputation both in China and abroad. I want compare the West Lake to the beautiful girl Xizi* (*one of the four famous beautiful girls in ancient China), Good tea since long time is comparable to a beautiful girl.
