Oolong tea is in China, Chinese Oolong depends on Fujian, and Fujian Oolong depends on Anxi. As the largest tea production county, Anxi is a block of mysterious land located at the golden delta area Quanzhou, Xiamen and Zhangzhou of Fujian Province. It is home of Chinese Oolong tea (famous tea) and origin of Tieguanyin. Tieguanyin is the regional special product of Anxi, which is originated from years between emperors Yongzheng and Qianlong of Qing Dynasty. It belongs to Oolong tea among six large tea categories (black tea, green tea, Oolong tea, white tea, yellow tea and dark tea), and is the top-best product among various varieties of Oolong tea. The high-quality Anxi Tieguanyin integrated fragrant variety, fragrant district, fragrant planting and fragrant technology.
