Production, Research and Academic Ezchanges of China on Buckwheat
This paper briefly introduces buckwheat production regions and their yields of China, the importance and role of China in buckwheat produc60n and trades of the world and trade zones and volumes of buckwheat in China. In the meantime, it briefly deals with the researches on genetic resourogs, cultivar improvement, farming practices, nutrition and health-care effects of buckwheat and ongoing demonstration studies of the integration and industrialization of high-efficiency techniques for buckwheat utilization in China and academic exchanges of China with other countries of the world in the buckwheat circle．
