Analysis of Isoenzyme between the High Flavone Mutants of Tarary Buckwheat and the Primitive Breeds at Different Growth Stages

Except the traditional biology characters, the index of the isoenzyme analysis is a very important method for selecting fine mutants. In this essay, we adopt the radiation mutants of tarary buckwheat and primitive breed at different growth stages as our materials, then compare and analyze the electrophoresis plate of the EST and POD, Meanwhile, determine the correlation of their agronomic characters. The results show that the radiation generations of the CKA have the same trend in the changes of the plant height、1000-grain weight and the POD activity at florescence stage、However, the radiation generations of the CKD and CKB have no obvious mgularity relation.Perhaps the different enzymes of the tarary buckwheat have a certain effect at difierent periods.
