A Primary Ezploration of a Novel Way for Developing Long Repeats SSR Markers of Tartary Buckwheat
A genomic library enriched with(gT)n repeats from tartary buckwheat(Fagopyrum tataricum)was constructed using 5-anchored PCR and Dynabeads purifying technology for thedevelopment of long repeats microsattelhte markers.Sequencing analysis of 5 clones from the library showed that they all contained microsatellites in both ends of the insert, and at least one of this two SSR loci have a long repeats in each insert, they could possibly be used for detecting the polymorphism of tartary buckwheat.
