Response of Grain Yield, Yield Components and Allergic Protein Content of Buckwheat to Drought Stress

Buckwheat is usually categorized with the cereals due to its way of cultivation and utilization. The deficiency of water occurring between the whole vegetation period and from flowering do harvest has no influence on yield level and no influence on the level of yield components in buckwheat cv. Kora. The amount of albumins and globulins was not significantly affected by soil moisture, but the soil moisture had significant affect on prolamin content in buckwheat nuts. cv. Kora. The drought stress from flowering phase to harvest time affected decrease of prolamin content. The drought stress decreased gliadyn content. Under the drought stress conditions, buckwheat produce less a gliadyn proteins compared with good moisture soil conditions.
