Effects of Sowing at Different Time on Flavonoids Content of Buckwheat
Flavonoids content of buckwheat sowed at different date was determined using microwave method. The results indicated that flavonoids contents of flowers, leaves, seeds of buckwheat sowed in June 15 were higher than that sowed before or after this date, except that of stem. Flavonoids contents were different in different organisms. The order of organisms of common buckwheat in accordance with the flavonoids content was: flower>leaves>whole plant>stem>seeds; the order of organisms of tartary buckwheat was: flower>leaves>whole plant>seeds>stem. The flavonoids contents of flowers and leaves were much higher than that of seeds and stem.
