Field Evaluation and Rutin Content of Five Tartary Buckwheat Under Conditions of the Czech Republic

Five tartary buckwheat genotypes were evaluated under conditions in Prague locality, Czech Republic. The accession marked Z5100001 had the longest vegetative period (147 days) and the lowest WTS (12.5 g), but the highest yield (755 kg per ha). The highest rutin content (51.1-71.8 g/kg d.m.) was determined in leaves in full flowering stage The comparable rutin content was obtained from stems in flowering stage and in ripe achenes (4.9-7.7 g/kg d.m.).
