Technological Research on Bioflavonoid Effervescent Tablet of Tartary Buckwheat

摘要：

Tartary buckwheat mainly contains many kinds of active ingredients such as flavone, which is showed by the modern research that it can prevent and cure cerebrocardiovascular disease and diabetes and lower the blood fat. Basing on the flavone extract, we exploited the tartary buckwheat biological effervescent tablet, and made research into its preparatory technique.
