Research of Real-Time Safety Operating Techniques for Reservoirs

摘要：

This paper studies a real-time safety operation system for flood control of reservoirs based on the available reservoir operation techniques and under the condition of ensuring dam safety. The implementation of this system shall bring about the comprehensive economic benefits of the reservoir to the greatest extent in flood control, irrigation, electricity generation and water supply.
