The YunFeng dam concrete surface strengthening design
The YunFeng dam surface concrete is exhumed, the pier of overflowing dam appear to open, the reinforcement is outside,the freeze-thaw action of concrete is very serious, affect the safety movement, it need to be repaired. The designer compared the asphalt concrete cutoff and putting the impervious mambrane and pouring the anti-crack concrete, vacuum concrete four kinds of projects. Synthesize the merit and shortcoming that compare everyones case, make selection to hang the anti-crack concrete project.strengthening thickness according to the structure strength and construction request 60cm. adding net polypropylene fiber in concrete then increasing concrete anti-seepage and limiting the crack ability, using GB calking sealing material to fill the expansion joint that seepage. The crack handles consideration: surface overlays method and dig the slot fills method, chemistry grouting method and cemented permeate to crystallize the waterproof material in type KT1 handles etc. and make selection to digging the slot fill method. Through repair the Dam safe problem get the cancellation.
