Anti-risk analysis of Huang bi-zhuang Reservoir
The Huang bi-zhuang Reservoir is a key water conservancy controlling project(large typeⅠ), where midstream and downstream of Hutuo river in Haihe basin. Its gross capacity is 1.21 billion m3. Started building in 1958 and stored water in 1960, the reservoir was at existing size in 1968. The reservoir was in abnormal operation for poor quality of dam construction and lower flood control standard, dangers occurred frequently. Once accident takes place, Shijiazhuang city will be in great disaster and great threats will be imposed on Jing-guang and Jing-jiu railway, communication main line, Da-gang and North-China oilfields, economic development and life&property in Beijing and Tianjin. In the paper the overall analysis is conducted in risk analysis of the reservoir.
