Research and Application of Technique of Monitoring System of electrolytic displacement
The internal vertical displacement of earth dams is usually monitored by tube settlement apparatus in china. The solution has some problem, such as much disturbance of construction, not easy to operate and difficult to monitorautomatically. But it has been solved successfully overseas by application of the technique of monitoring system ofelectrolytic vertical displacement. Based on the research of application in Linhuaigang flood control project, a practicalsolution of monitoring vertical displacement for china projects has been formed. It may enrich the technique of internalvertical displacement in china. The successful application of this solution in the major dam of Linhuaigang floodcontrol project can be referenced and adopted by other similar projects.
