Study on Relationship between Cosmetic Quality Inspection System and Products Rejected Risk
Initially, this article analyzes that influencing customer complains & reject products factors are cosmetic inspection, product yield rate, sample inspection standards of customers etc. through 4M1E. Then, describes that customer & Supplier’s probability acceptance level on products quality with OC curve analysis. According to N Bernoulli binomial distributing model theory and Poisson distributing, constructs a concrete quantitative function among quality inspection level, yield rate, sample inspection and customer acceptance. Furthermore, confirms its optimal condition of production and quality requirement. Then analyze and demonstrate all the factors using MSA tool, especially cosmetic inspection level’s empirical study and evaluation. From point of view of quality and efficiency, provides the temporary applicable suggestion and validates its purpose well or not. Finally, bring MSA into process element management which is the long-term hypothesis and innovative explore, achieve its measurement evaluation and continuous improvement effect in system and process aspects.
