About the Metallization of the Flex-Rigid Printed Boards

This paper illustrates shadowing takes the places of traditional PTH artwork. In the process of producing Flex-Rigid printed boards, According to the characters of PTH procedure, relevant preventive measures are established to decrease the quality defects such as void hole to the maximum extent.
