The Inner Ink Application for Conformal Mask

The article briefly introduces the method of the BV in HDI technology produce. Three kinds of technologies are introduced: direct drilling technology, conformal mask technology, UV+CO2 technology. Emphasize introduction the conformal technology application for the producing HDI. Compare with the application for different photo-resists material in the producing HDI. Discuss the different technology process and different photo-resist material application for conformal mask in the product quality, product cost, product cycle. Design the test for liquid resist ink as the inner photo-resist to apply for the conformal mask.
