How to Control PCB Testing Cost Effectively
With the high-speed development of PCB industry, and with cost down the price of processing equipments, everyone wants to spend a lower cost to realize profit maximization. Now, the heavy cost pressure can be felt in the PCB industry deeply. Electrical testing cost is an important part in PCB production. This paper concentrates on how to control PCB testing cost effectively, and we will introduce some guidelines on it.The cost of PCB testing mainly includes tester, fixture, and processing management costs. This paper attempts to elaborate the analysis the three factors, and integrates some working experiences which the author is engaged in so as to discuss key points of controlling PCB testing cost. In conclusion, we should find out effective ways to control PCB testing cost if we can consider the three factors objectively.Our mission is to help PCB factories all over the world to control their testing cost effectively and offer a rational solution on PCB testing.
