Experimental Modeling of Semi-physical Simulation Platform for Tracking Control of Flexible Multibody Systems

In this paper a semi-physical simulation platform has been designed for modeling and control of flexible multibody systems.On the platform experimental modeling with subspace identification method is performed.After a brief introduction to the platform design,the multisine exciting signal filtered by a reshaping filter is presented to improve the SNR of output data.Based on the identified mathematical model,two H control schemes are designed and tested on the platform.Modeling and control experiments on the simulation platform validates the modeling and control schemes,and verifies the feasibility of the simulation platform.
