Research on preparation device for washing red cell

摘要：

This paper aims to discuss the conventional manual washing red cell heavy dependency on centrifugal methods and extrusion techniques,and successful development of preparation device for washing red cell with proprietary intellectual property rights.The machine is semi-automatic,and the whole washing process is carried on in a fully closed environment to avoid cross infections.The clinical tests made on the erythrocyte products with preparation device shows that the erythrocyte recovery ratio could reach 90％,and the removal ratios of leucocytes and plasma exceed 99％.Besides,compared with the manual washing method,the preparation device for washing red cell takes 20 minutes less to make 400ml of erythrocyte of the same quality.
