Multiobjective Optimization Design of Steel Frame of Solid Garage based on Genetic Algorithm

According to design requirement of solid garage,the optimal design of the steel framework of solid garage is a multiobjective issue.In this paper,the optimization method based on genetic algorithm(GA) was studied.A Pareto GA was proposed to solve the constrained multiobjective optimization.The optimal characteristic was passed down by choosing the better individuals from the combination of the parent generation and the offspring generation.The flow chart about algorithm was written out.The steel frame and its total dynamic strain energy were objective function.The multiobjective optimization of the steel frame was carried out in terms of the corresponding design criterion and the actual engineering requirement.The result indicates that the above-mentioned multiobjective optimization of the steel frame is feasible.The weight and the dynamic strain energy of the steel frame are decreased obviously.
