Variable condition analysis for direct air-cooled condenser

In this paper,a 220MW direct air-cooled condenser was taken as the research object,and the unit’s cold end system characteristic curves were drawn,based on the direct air-cooled condenser’s dynamic mathematics simulation model.The model’s static simulation precision under different load and its dynamic response on different disturbance have been tested.The curves are based on various conditions,including the forced velocity of air,the air temperature,scale thermoresistance in pipe and condenser heat load.The result indicates that the method based on the simulation model has enough precision and practicability.It has great value in guiding operation of direct air-cooled units.
