Modeling and simulation of throttle slice stress of vehicle shock absorber

摘要：

Analysed the deformation,internal forces and stress of throttle slice of shock absorber,the model of throttle slice stress was found through the relation of stress with the deformation.Followed is a practical example of stress numeral simulation of throttle slice,together with its approximate by Machine Design Book and by ANSYS,compared the results of stress computation,and analysed the declination to the new method.The compared results show that the stress model and numeral simulation computation method is accurate enough,can be used to compute the stress at any radius position of single throttle slice of vehicle shock absorber.
